Topics included presentations by Kiowa Language Teacher Candidates on Kiowa Kinship and Kiowa Values including a Kiowa Kinship Terms for Children Activity, Kiowa Family Tree Activity using Kiowa kinship charts; Sharing of Kiowa Family Kinship Memories by Kiowa Elders including Martha Nell Poolaw, Velma Eisenberger, Pat Kopepasah, and Bernadine Rhoades; transcription and recording from Kiowa Culture Program (KCP) Recording #128-Respect of Kiowa Relationships on the topics of Kiowa kinship and relatives as told by Louis Toyebo and Isabelle Twohatchett and translated by Delores Toyebo Harragarra and Dorothy Whitehorse DeLaune; presentations by Kiowa Language Teacher Candidates on Kiowa Family Trees using Kiowa kinship terms and sentences; sharing of Kiowa family trees including presentation by Katherine Dickerson; and information about the Kiowa Language and Culture Revitalization Program.
