LearnKiowa.org is an approval-only learning site operated by Dr. Melody Windsong Redbird-Post. By requesting or using an account, you agree to these terms.
Approval-Only Access
Submitting an application does not guarantee learning access. LearnKiowa may approve, deny, suspend, reactivate, or remove access when needed to operate the site and protect learning materials.
Age Requirement
You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. Do not submit an account application if you are under 13.
Account Use
- Use only your own account.
- Do not share your password or let another person use your account.
- Keep account information accurate enough for LearnKiowa to manage access.
- Use the site respectfully and only for LearnKiowa learning purposes.
Learning Materials
Protected modules, lessons, videos, audio, worksheets, exams, downloads, feedback, and certificates are for approved LearnKiowa learners and authorized instructors. Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell, or publicly repost protected learning materials unless LearnKiowa has given permission.
Instructor And Class Access
Approved instructors may access learner records only for modules or classes they teach or are assigned to. Instructor access exists to support learning, review submitted work, respond to lesson questions, manage class rosters, and issue or withdraw completion records when appropriate.
Submissions And Feedback
If assessments, exam uploads, or lesson submissions are enabled, LearnKiowa may store those records with instructor feedback, attempt counts, scores, and completion status so learning progress can be reviewed.
Optional Email Updates
Users may opt in to LearnKiowa news or learning-session email updates. Email updates are optional, are not required for learning access, and can be changed from the learner dashboard after approval. No external newsletter, mailing-list, CRM, or marketing provider is connected by default.
Completion Records
Certificates or completion records reflect completion within LearnKiowa modules or lessons. They do not represent a broader credential, license, or external certification unless LearnKiowa states that separately.
Changes To The Site Or Terms
LearnKiowa may update site features, learning materials, access rules, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.
